Harmony Home Care is a registered home care agency with the Pennsylvania Department of Health, and meets the health and safety requirements set forth by the Commonwealth.
Additionally, as a provider of home health services, Harmony Home Care is Medicare-certified by the Federal Health and Human Services’ Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and meets rigorous federal home health regulation compliance standards. Because we are a Medicare-certified home health agency, each Harmony Home Care client participates in Outcome Assessment Information Set (OASIS), a federal program designed to measure patient outcomes for quality improvement.

President, Chief Executive Officer
As President/CEO, Art is responsible for the overall direction of the organization and development of strategies to align with the company’s purpose and guiding principles.
Art brings years of senior leadership experience in the home care and healthcare staffing industries to Harmony Home Care. Passionate about caring for others, he has assisted organizations specializing in acute care and post-acute care to obtain the necessary medical professionals to deliver the highest level of care.
Understanding that there is no place like home, he founded Harmony Home Care to help people have a safe home life with comfort, independence, and dignity. Demonstrated success in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation has led to unprecedented growth in the number of individuals served in their homes as a result of the superior quality care they receive from Harmony Home Care.
Art is an active member of the Pennsylvania Home Healthcare Association. He has advocated for those receiving home care with state legislatures on various issues including safety in the home, funding for home care participants and veteran benefits for home care services. He has also participated in the Pediatric Summit to enhance quality of pediatric home care.
Art received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University, is certified in operational excellence and total quality, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Art lives in Greensburg, PA with his wife Jackie, and has three grown children, Clark, Maddie, and Alec. He is actively involved in his community, coaching a variety of youth sports through the years, serving on the Board of Booster Organizations, and volunteering with various youth fundraising events. Art has also served on the finance committee at his local church.
Director of Clinical Services
Becky Janczewski, RN, BSN, serves as the Director of Clinical Services at Harmony Home Care. Becky received her BSN from LaRoche College and her nursing diploma and certification from Shadyside Hospital. With a strong clinical management background, Becky channels her extensive experiences of working with patients in a variety of healthcare settings to provide the highest quality care to clients and their families.
Gathering feedback is an integral part to maintaining the highest standards of care for our clients and their families, and for monitoring the satisfaction of our staff members. To achieve this, Harmony Home Care has partnered with Home Care Pulse, an independent company that gathers detailed and thorough feedback from clients and caregivers in order to provide us with unbiased information so that we can continually work to exceed expectations.
In order to honor the sacrifices made by veterans, Harmony Home Care is proud to partner with the VetAssist Program in order to help veterans or their surviving spouses apply for and receive the pension benefits available to them through qualifying circumstances.
