Through the Family Room, family members can, regardless of location, get information on their loved one’s schedule, the caregiving team, medications, invoices, and even specific tasks that were completed during a caregiver’s visit.

The Pennsylvania Veteran’s Registry is an online application that allows veterans, family members and people who work with veterans to connect with Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) to request information related to the valuable state benefits, programs and services offered. A health care resource for veterans who are disabled, chronically ill, or in need of specialized care, this facility serves 236 veterans and spouses, featuring 196 beds with full nursing care and 40 beds for residents with dementia/Alzheimer’s disease.

For those 21 or older who have both Medicare and Medicaid, or receive long-term supports through Medicaid because they need help with everyday personal tasks, coverage will be provided by Community HealthChoices.
